RETURNS

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item(s). All inquiries will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are not refundable.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on digital products or items that were not cared for according to care instructions outlined in the product's description and/or included with your product.

DIGITALS

There are NO REFUNDS for any reason on all digital downloadable products. You should expect to receive an email with your download link within 48 hours after purchase. If you do not receive it, or your links have failed, please contact me.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping. International orders can sometimes take up to 6 weeks depending on the location. If you would like to add Insurance to your order or have your items shipped differently, please contact me.
